Guidelines for the Camera Ready Papers
The camera ready papers have to be at least 6 pages long and the reasonable maximum is 10 pages. The camera ready papers (including papers for the special sessions) have to be in the paper template (template for LaTeX or MS Word). Please note that the templates are slightly modified and you have to download them again.
All camera ready papers (including papers accepted into special session) have to be uploaded into Congress System.
- Authors from the regular sessions - please just re-upload your camera ready paper.
- Authors from the special sessions - please register a new paper and upload your camera ready paper.
The submission portal accepts files up to 2 MB. If you feel that it is absolutely necessary to submit bigger paper, please contact us on info@eurosim2010.org and we will consider Your request.
Please also note that we accept camera ready papers only in the PDF format. Also pay attention to the first page of your paper. It will directly appear in the Book of Abstracts, therefore, title, authors, corresponding author's e-mail address, abstract, keywords, and presenting author's biography must not exceed one page! The full papers will be published on the CD.
Presenting author of accepted paper will be given 15 minutes for oral presentation. After oral presentation there will be 5 minutes for discussion.
Student papers have to meet the same criteria as non-student papers and will go through the same review process. If You intend to submit student paper, just check appropriate box when submitting the paper. And do not forget that the student have to be the presenting author.
The templates are reused from EUROSIM 2007 with kind courtesy of chair of EUROSIM 2007 Congress, prof. Borut Zupancic and author of template Mr. Ales Belic.
